🎥 Synthesia
At Synthesia 3.0, the company introduced Video Agents, a feature that turns regular videos into interactive conversations. You can start a chat in the middle of a video, connect your knowledge base so the AI can give accurate answers, and collect viewer responses that feed directly into your CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).
It’s the beginning of two-way video, where content doesn’t just talk at you but adapts and responds in real time.
